[@LHG100][@Nytefall] I meant water was taken from the ocean on the floating city, then sent up via shuttle to the moon. I had the idea of mining for water on the moon, but I wasn't completely sure of the water there. I guess a google search could've helped on that front. Oh well, maybe in a few of my first turns Luna can be self-sustained by mining water. (Although they had been planning a ship that would be sent out  and return with ice from Saturn over some 7 years)
