So... obvious flaws... you haven't even given him the full ability section, for one.

Secondly, he's an undead necromancer. ~1/2 of the party are in religions where raising undead is [i]extremely[/i] frowned upon. 

Finally, magic wolves resurrected a guy who shares a name with a deceased Shakespeare character as an undead? Er.
