You know I think I may be a kind of a horrible person because whenever I was reading Jonathan's struggle in his mind, I was always humming a tune in my head whenever his shadow spoke and I couldn't but a finger on where it was from until now. A song from the one and only Randy Newman about a boy called Davy. And I think I know maybe its how that narrator in that song has many distinct and somewhat creepy parallels to Jonathan's shadow. Or I'm just crazy and drawing  parallels in a way that conspiracy theorists is crazy in their drawing of parallels probably that one. XD
