Concerning time, I agree that specific dates would probably bog down the RP too much, but if we seem to be stuck in the same day or week for too long, I'll announce a time skip. Or, better yet, just announce that you think we ought to have a time skip. The same goes with dates - if you need a specific date for, say, a battle, just ask that we move over to a dated format. Communication is key.

In short, time is crunched and stretched at will for storytelling purposes. Unless that gets inconvenient.

Much as it pains me to do it, [@caliban22], it's been a week since you've posted in either OOC or IC. You have three days before your nation is up for NPC'ing.* Note that if it gets NPC'd and nobody else has taken it, you can always take it back.
