Ok lets see:

1) Yes other parts can be used to replace anything that falls off and is permanently lost.
2) As with traditional Zombies only destroying her brain will stop her for good.
3) Any body part that is severed from its connection to her brain is immobile. Infact if her head was severed her whole body would be basically dead while her head still lives... well not "lives" exactly... Unlives? Is that a word?
