Charles had just been walking as he head quite a ruckus. He had no idea what it was about, but the booming voice with an unmistakable accent Gave him a part of the picture. He knew on a small level how destructive Amber could get, and was hoping to get there before things got hairy. Fortunately, one of the other voices he heard as he was walking there was trying to calm the situation.
