[@Peaceless] okay how is this.  for the side effect, what if it forces his body, since it doesn't have the energy, it starts attacking his organs, and not just one, all of them.. like he has a total "mild" organ failure as a result.. Kidneys, Liver, Spleen, etc.  til he can get the food and energy needed, so his body's increased healing can kick back in and jump start everything back up.
