I will agree on the shuriken infusion using more chakra and the body flicker technique as well, but the first clone wasn't destroyed, it was attacked and remained as it was, hence the Akio's clone entering taijutsu stance and preparing to fight it. And true, but I Arashi still wouldn't think that she "barely" used up any chakra.
