[@Vongola_Hasayo]Computer tech is roughly modern, but they have mechas and spirit energy weapons, plus spirit energy reactors and the like, so it depends on the area of tech.  They never really developed firearms, though, so primitive weapons are much more common than in our world.  Benders do many jobs that we use technology for, so some of our tech (bulldozers, generators, etc.) don't exist or are modified.
