Had an idea for the villian for The Time We Have. Well, the power, actually. 

I was thinking that the villain could travel to different timelines, but with a few rules.

[*]Their powers do not work when someone elses powers are currently being used
[*]They can ONLY warp to different timelines. Meaning, they cannot go backwards or forwards into the timeline their already in, or backwards or forwards in another one. The exact moment they leave in one line is the moment they appear in another.
[*]Technically, they can teleport. If they were to say, travel to a timeline in which Earth no longer exists (or never did), they can travel to another planet or galaxy, but the further away from the point of origin, the more time it would take to be able to travel again. This can create a sort-of loophole for travelling forward.
