For what I'm doing with Kai-ro, I don't think he [i]has[/i] to be a Sector 2814 Green Lantern. I could move him and Ch'p to a different sector and their law enforcement investigation (I think) would still allow the occassional visit to Earth. 

But I can also understand not wanting this to become Ultimate Green Lantern: The RPG. But, I am flexible. Or I can be flexible. Or something.
