Aquamarine opened her mouth to reply to Spinel's question but closed it as she quickly remember that no matter what she said that is would be untranslatable for the clear gem. She frowned, wanting to shake her head but that would just scare the young gem because she couldn't explain that while yes, she couldn't heal herself didn't mean that there weren't other ways of healing. She did after all know where Rose Quartz sacred fountain was that flowed with her healing tears and it would do in a pinch. Luckily, Bloodstone managed to answer for her though she wasn't quite sure why he looked so awkward for a second afterwards which made her tilt her head in confusion and look towards the vial of sparkling water that he had removed from his hoodie. Her gaze moved from the vial to Bloodstone's face, trying to look into the other's eyes so she could read him but he was fidgeting too much and wouldn't really look at her. What in stars is making him so awkward? What is in that vial exactly? Her curiosity was peeked, that was for sure but she was also leery about the whole thing since Blood had said they were enemies. Why did he keep playing nice? What was he thinking? She was so confused when he was near. If he was just cruel to her or even stayed away from her than she could continue to be his perfect enemy but then he did this and it pulled up the past. She then remembered the horrible thing he said to her before she was in her gem for a thousand years and she blocked it away to listen to the now. Aqua's eyes widened as he spoke of what was in the vial and suddenly understood why it was awkward. Blood was forced to carry a part of her with him always so that his side could heal. He had made her old room on the ship into a healing fountain...she didn't know how to feel about that. Actually, she was surprised that he even kept her old room....wouldn't it be better to get rid of everything that had to do with her? She pushed that feeling aside, feeling so many conflicted questions that she couldn't say or ask. He was right, she didn't trust him but at least he cared enough to heal her...no...he cared enough about the young gems not to harm them more than necessary by having no guidance and losing another person important to them. He placed a drop of the water on her gem before she had even a small chance to reject and felt her body instantly shift and heal itself back to her normal form. Once she had, Blood had made for the warp pad fast and was ready to leave but that last look behind him made it impossible not to speak up now that she could do so. "Blood, wait!", Aquamarine called, moving over to the warp pad quickly and pushed back her other emotions. She had a straight face, being a leader this time in front of him instead of a mess and held out her hand towards Blood for a hand shake,"Thank you. This doesn't mean I trust you and we both know this doesn't change anything but you didn't have to come here and try to comfort the others. You didn't have to heal me either so I give you my thanks."
