[@Pirouette] mechanic is claimed, but ships doc may be open if [@WilsonTurner] ends up going the hacker route.

I'll get an ooc up tomorrow for this, looks like we have plenty of interest to start one. I'll have cs stuff up in it and post my cs for ships captain as well. 

(I will allow for a character to have a main job bit to play back up for another position if needed)
