About 12 players and 18 characters, I think. It's still bellow the number I had when I began a version of this RP for the first time, so I don't think it will be a problem. And no, I'm not expecting payer characters to die, be heavily injured maybe, but I would never kill one of you unless you want to die. What I expect (though, hope not to happen) is completely different.
