It was a day like any other in The city of Marst, the birds were chirping, the trees were swaying, huge televisions broadcasted news about people's favourite powered heroes across the city for all to see. Now today was a pretty big day for a girl who went by the name of Hope since she was currently in line to take her hero license exam. Hope was dressed head to toe in her costume and was nearing the front of the line where a woman typed furiously in the air. She appeared to be crazy but people in this day and age knew better. What she was actually doing was using her HUD implant to catalogue every hero that passed her by so they could be entered into the governments files. 

Soon Hope came to the front of the line, before she could speak the woman spoke without even looking in her direction "Name and Alias please" the woman said in a monotone voice as if it was simply seconded nature to say that line.
