You can make a short post like one or two lines or save it for your next post. If you save it for your next post, announce it in the OOC first so the player who hit the weakness/resistance/etc. can change the damage and open it up for an All-Out Attack.

EDIT: Alright, All-Out Attacks' damage will be the combined damage of all participating characters' weapons.
