Yeah, medieval ones are my favorite ones to do, this one is gonna be fairly low magic, mpst magic used is gonna be frowned upon. (Old world magic users were responsible for a number of ecological disasters and the commonfolk never got over it. The two countries involved are both for the most part lawful neutral (to put it to an alignment chart) and the war was originally started over territorial disputes. Every seven or so years as the countries individual resources dwindle they agree to a truce, which is promptly broken about three years later by one of the countries over minor things (import taxes too high, noble from one country scorned another, ect) the RP would start about midway through another 7 year war, this one started by an assassination of one of the kings sons, the other country pleading innoceance.  RP'ers could be from either country meeting by chance after the battle of Dragonbridge in a now neutral zone between the two countries
