1) Russian Roulette
2) Hot Explosive Potato-that's-really-a-hand-grenade
3) Minefield Running 
4) How many chems you can take until some one dies
5) Super Mutant Hugging

In all seriousness though, there probably are card-based gambling like Blackjack or Poker, but its not a game feature
