Power Level: Powered - High Powered Arena: Go nuts Victory Requirement: Death, KO, Forfeit, Time Out (see stipulations) Wager: (optional) Asymmetrical betting - Each combatant rolls a d100 until they get a number 25 or higher. That is your wager. On your honor, you will report the first valid number you roll as your wager. Stipulations: All stipulations are negotiable. I'm really just using this to flesh out my preferences.
Power Scaling - I will accept challenges from characters either stronger or weaker than mine providing their power levels are balanced out. The challenger may decide whether the strong guy gets nerfed, the weak guy gets buffed, or they meet in the middle. Quantitative changes only will be made to the necessary character's capabilities; no abilities should be added/removed, only altered to even out the matchup. Players should provide a modified CS for themselves and the judge indicating what changes were made before the battle begins. Both players should agree on said changes.

Maximum battle length - To ensure a definite end to the battle and to promote a "dramatic climax," there will be a designated number of "combat posts" per player for the battle (recommended default: 20). Combat posts are the actual battle posts. They do not include intro posts or story related stuff leading up to the battle, nor does it include merely drawing a weapon or taking a fighting pose. Combat posts will only begin once action is taken against another player, and they do include the first attack against a player. Combat posts are the maximum number of posts that can be made before the battle ends; characters can be killed, KOed, or surrender before that limit is reached, in which case the battle will end. Once both players have exhausted all combat posts, the next player in sequence may react to the last combat post to resolve the action, but may not take any additional actions against the other player. The judge will then decide who wins or if the battle is a draw. The winner may make a final auto-hit to incapacitate the loser. If a draw, both players may make a disengagement post. I know this seems like a lot, but it's fundamentally simple and only exists to prevent fights from dragging on.

Time Limit - To keep battles moving along, all participants have 48 hours (time recommended, but negotiable) to respond to a post. Failure to respond consumes a combat post (see above) and results in an auto-hit. Two failures to respond results in a loss.

I will not fight against characters with super healing factor, teleportation, or speeds that are arbitrarily close to teleportation.
Characters: Have a look...
