It is by good fortune that you've found your way here, as all of what you've described can be found within these walls, in one form or another. Big props to you for wanting to pursue these types of literary exercises to sharpen your language skills. It's hard to believe you're still 'practising' English because your Intro is among the best I've seen yet. Couldn't go past it! It's nice to see another realist here, too.
