In case anyone's getting antsy, I'm trying to finish important NPCs before we begin. We've pretty much got everything else. When the game starts the group will be traveling together in Malakaya's Mercenary Corps and each character should be at least acquainted with the others, at least enough to know their name, a little background info they might have mentioned ("Oh, I joined up after I was with X and Y happened"), and a rough outline of their general personality. Time will also be fluid and we won't go day by day, between combat and events the group might spend weeks on the road and you'll have a little more freedom to do whatever and chat how you wish, even retconning some things in if you want.

I'm aiming to actually get the first IC post completed before this weekend, so we'll see how that goes.
