【Personality】
Chihiro is a natural flirt. She'll call people 'hun' or 'hot stuff' even if she barely knows them. Nothings wrong with a compliment, even if she's complimenting the enemy. Compliments tend to make others feel good about themselves, so whats wrong with that? A bad thing about this though is that people generally read too deep into her flirtatious ways, and often get disappointed when they find out she's not trying to lure them into her bed. As long as theres no touchy touchy, there will be no smacky smacky.

Now Chihiro has a lack of patience. It can be seen as a negative trait in many aspects. But when it comes down to it, Chihiro doesn't like to wait or be waiting on other people. She has this weird thing with regret. The 'I wish I did this when I had a chance' is almost like a pet peeve of hers. She doesn't want to have thoughts like that, and it pushed her to being impulsive or spontaneous if you want to call it; so obviously she would come to develop impatience with that mindset. She'll burst into meetings or disrupt your heart to heart, it doesn't matter to her when you've kept her waiting long enough. She actually admires people who have patience, this is probably why she likes hippies. Because aww heyy maaan, everything's all cool with them.

When Chihiro sets her eyes on something she will become determined to get it. Whether learning a new trick or technique or to simply gain something from someone. It would take some rather large emotional strain to kill her determination inside. This determination inside of her will push her forwards to stand up for herself or for another. Sometimes her action displayed while being determined are described as 'Bold'. Chihiro has learned that she can achieve great things through her determination. With that she still clings onto this determination to overcome obstacles and challenges.

【History】
Chihiro's birth is something of...well mystery. She is in fact a bastard child, and because of this, she is greatly covered up. Being the clan leaders daughter, she is a half blood, but she received the full bloods Byakugan. However, because of who her mother was, she was quickly taken away from the Hyūga Estate, and taken far, very far, with her bastard mother. With that, they wanted to put away with the rumors that the great Iwao had slept with another women, and it was greatly deniable from then on, as there were no records of the girls birth. Nor did anyone speak up the fact that the child was born, and like that, the little baby girl's existence was erased.

Well not erased from the other Hyūga, which they refused to let her existence be erased. Her two uncles, left the main estate and left on a mission, only to fake their disappearance. They did this, in order to start training the little girl when she started to show great promise, and promise she did show. Meanwhile, her older siblings had begun their training much to late, it had seemed, that a cruel joke by life was being played. Their prodigy child was a half blood and it burned Koyuki deeply, but they tried as much as they could to meet their fathers standards. 

While the struggled, Chihiro was evident to be the Clan Leaders daughter, she quickly picked up gentle fist with ease and it seemed it was almost effortless to use her Byakugan, and for a long time, it seemed like everything was fine with how her life was going. Or so that's what it was, but tragedy soon struck Chihiro's life for the first time, it's not quite said or even thought, but in the middle of the night Manami, Chihiro's mother, was killed. It was not said how it happened and even Takeo and Katsu said there was no way it could have happened the way it did. However, it did happen, and with her mother gone, the only ones to take care of her were Takeo and Katsu, and this is how she became who she is now.

With no mother figure in the picture, she asked Takeo and Katsu to train her 24/7, and because of this, she soared past her older brother and sister. Even Iwao admitted that his eldest two were weak compared to her, and it was even more evident when the two came to visit Chihiro. With words like that from their father, they wanted to teach her a lesson, really prove that she didn't have it. But of course, she beat both of them single handedly and nonetheless in front of Iwao. After that, they always were in her shadow, and because of this, they became extremely reckless. And so, when Chihiro turned 13, her sister and brother were on a mission, and turned up dead. 

Because of the death of the two Eldest and next in lines to be the Clan Leader, Chihiro was the next and only one. Koyuki refused to except her existence, but Iwao was forced to bring her out of hiding and introduced her and his daughter, full daughter, not the bastard child Koyuki thought of her to be. At first, Chihiro was excited, after becoming a genin, she thought that she would be closer to her father, but her step mother made sure that wouldn't happen. In fact, it seemed as if she was hellbent on making sure that Iwao never spent any time with Chihiro and borderline ignore and because of this, even know, Chihiro has tried her hardest to get noticed by her father.

【Fighting style】
In terms of her fighting style, she uses speed to overwhelm her opponent, with quick jabs and kicks. She wants to keep her opponent stuck in defence as much as possible, and when they try to attack, she looks for the openings and strikes. Like a snake, she will strike and recoil so that she may lunge again. She uses her speed to overtake her opponents, trying to exhaust their mind and defenses. Though this initial form of attacking seems reckless and overzealous, it is actually well planned. She maps out each opponent before the actual engagement, using the cruel cunning she developed as a Hyūga, and plans her assault accordingly.

Because of being a Hyūga, she is mostly a Taijutsu user, with a bit of Ninjutsu of course, but she is generally a close range fighter.

This Technique was developed by Takeo Hyūga while attempting to train with Chihiro. Using Tenketsu Needle against Chihiro, he hit her in the arm and what they found was that that Chakra was building up in her arm. Using Tenketsu needle mixed with her Byakugan, she aims at her shoulder, effectively cutting off chakra flow to her entire arm. However in turn, chakra builds up within the arm that was effected. As it builds up, the chakra in turn, begins to physically appear above her skin in a blue hue. Usually invisible to the naked eye unless you have byakugan or something of the like, this Chakra is visible to the naked for others. Once above her skin, she then attacks normally, however there's a catch. If she were to miss, the aura makes up for the distance and hits the person being attacked with the hit. Effectively being able to clear the distance that she narrowly missed and hit them with the same force of the blow. The effects of being hit, are much like getting hit by a metal bat, extremely hard. However it loses it's gentle fist capabilities, it comes back with strength instead of stealth. This tech only last for 5 post in each arm and comes with a hefty draw back. Once past the combined 10 posts of each arm, she is no longer able to use those arms with chakra, like a normal Tenketsu Needle attack. It last for two hours or if she is healed and chakra is restored.

As the Chakra builds up, it allows her to "thrust" herself forward to clear distances in front of her. She has no way of controlling it, it simply propels forward, matching the speed of bullet shot from a pistol. The jutsu also has a set distance of 20 meters, once reaching that 20 meters, she can not stop before then, unless physically stopped.

[b]His hair black and long, not overly kept but not a messy. His hair is quite long when wet and unkept, but if it gets washed and dried his hair becomes nice and neat. Katsu eyes are just as mysterious as him, clear and ominous they tend to have a weird...glow to them when he looks at you, almost like he's trying to look into your very soul and deduct what type of person you are. Katsus eyes are also very tired looking despite looking to be full of life, they aren't hugely noticeable but he has bags under his eyes from the constant fact of replying memories and images in his head.

Katsus body is well defined and at the same time slender. He has a body built from a lacrosse player,though he's not standing in the gym and lifting things up and putting them down all day. Needless to say, Katsus body is quite in shape and well built. Well defined, broad shoulders, and a six pack. His body is not truly perfect though. Across his chest starting from his left breast and ending around the left side of his hip is a long scar. The scar looked to be caused from a blade due to it's straight path and varying depths. The middle of the scar is deeper than the two tips and is white like a sheet. Aside from that everything else it "normal". Katsu has two normal nipples and he doesn't grow hair on his torso. After leaving the academy at the age of 15, he did however acquire a large scar going up the side of his left side, from when he fell on an open piping system.

Katsu arms are that of someone who played on a lacrosse team and played it well into college. They are ripped with muscle but slim, he doesn't have hulking arms, as he is just a rather normal guy. Katsus hands and arms are most un-noteworthy after that. Save for the fact he has big man hands that just about covers the arms. His legs are not that unique either. [/b]

Katsu is very much the opposite of one would think to be the eldest Hyūga brother of the three, even as a Hyūga, him and his Niece, Chihiro Hyūga, both do not fit the dipiction of the common Hyūga "royal". One key thing you must know about Katsu is that he simply does not see himself as a "royal" simply just another ninja that inherited what his blood line was known for, and as such he treats others around him as he treats Chihiro, like they are normal human beings, not beneath him, but next to him. Honestly, it is a bold claim he makes, that he can make a friend out of anyone. It is true, Katsu is quick to consider most individuals friends, but this is a error of his judgment. When he meets someone, he quickly wants to learns the greatest portion of who they are. Before introductions have concluded, he will try to understand a person as if they had been his dearest friend for their whole life. Better still, he becomes as listener, a friend, a helper. This level of intimacy often plays to the advantage, allowing him to discuss with his audience, the intricacies of who they are. The challenge being, who Katsu has had to deal with a majority of the time. Since becoming a Hyūga, there was a gap when he was younger since he was always judged being a Hyūga. Unfortunately, he experienced things because of this fact and it skewed how he is towards others. In the complex workings of both his status and actual personality, he finds that now he is now more so then ever caring. 

Aside from this complex he has of wanting to understand everyone, he's an overall laid back man, on top of being kinda goofy from time to time. Having to teach Chihiro and her hardheaded ways, it pretty much is all around taught him how to approach younger people. Being much like a father to Chihiro, it has taught him being a hardass all the time is not something he wants to do, nor will he teach in that way. Much rather wanting to be like a father, a lot, if not everyone in Konoha knows him as Old Man Hyūga, and as such he takes on the approach of helping others through the problem as easy as possible. He can do it a number of ways beyond just being a hardass, being a goof, such as playing jokes and teaching in that way, or he can sit down and teach you in a much more one to one way that a father would do to his son or daughter. Dealing with the kids of other Hyūga, not only just Chihiro, he's learned that children and teenagers respond well to learning on their own from time to time, so because of that, if you were to get him as a teacher, before anything, he tells you how to do it, and lets you try it multiple times before giving imput. On many things this is how he approaches it, because he sees trial and error a better approach to MOST things. When it comes to combat however, because of his Byakugan, he's learned his strengths and that is stratiegy, when he was younger he excelled at leadership, and he's kept that skill through most of his life.

Katsu had grown up being the prodigy son, destined to the Hyūga Clan leader since he was born, but he rarely cared for that. He had shown that well, he was a Hyūga, he excelled at his use with his Byakugan, it was said that he had a stronger Byakugan then most Hyūga every obtained but it was aparent that the distance he saw was significantly smaller, not a problem but it was aparent other Hyūga saw this as a handicap for him. Regardless of this, Katsu excelled when he was younger at his training with others. It became quickly aparent to the Clan that despite his "handicap", he was steadily on the track to becoming the Hyūga Clan Leader at the small age of 8, once he started going to school, it became even more aparent how strong and how much control he had over his body. Flying through school with ease, he quickly obtained Chunin at the age of 14 and from there he found his calling, stratigy, it almost came naturally to him, he loved planning and he loved everything about it. Finding his love, he wanted to quickly become a teacher to lead younger ninja and help them develope, but his Clan Kin wanted him to become the leader and in doing so, he would have no time with trivial things.

After declining to becoming the Head of the Hyūga, he was...outcasted for greater part of his 20s by the clan and during those times, Iwao rose to "power" he rarely talked to Katsu, disgraced by him and Mariko, but he did however give Katsu and in. Telling him about a child that was being kept a secret, he and the littlest brother, Takeo, were tasked with dealing with the child and training her, giving her proper teachings in the way of the Hyūga without her being on the Hyūga compound.

Description:
This dōjutsu usually is manifested as very distinctive eyes, characterised by their enlarged and featureless white irides with no visible pupils. Unlike other dōjutsu, the Byakugan is available to its users from the time of their birth. The Byakugan gives the user a near 360º field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the first thoracic vertebra. The range of this vision varies between users and in fact can be improved with training. Arguably, its greatest ability is to see chakra to a greater degree than the Sharingan. it can identify chakra by the specific individuals it originates from, determine when genjutsu is being used, and discern certain types of clone from the real thing. The Byakugan's ability to see chakra is so acute that it can actually see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that run along it. The Hyūga have devised a style of combat known as the Gentle Fist that specifically takes advantage of this, wherein they strike an opponent's tenketsu to either seal or forcibly open these tenketsu, thus giving the user complete control over their opponent's chakra
Strengths:
Katsu's Byakugan is unlike many others, his tracking is greatly underwhelming, HOWEVER, his byakugan is much more precise, able to see muscle contractions and anything of the like. It can see up to 2 kms at max range, and with in this range, only thing that comes into veiw that he is looking for, is extremely detailed (I.E in a forest, he could see a rat on the forest floor, while he is in a tree and see the indivual hairs, if he focuses)
Weaknesses:
Byakugan greatest weakness is one blind spot at the back of the neck above the first thoracic vertebra, other then this, blinding lights are also a way to partially disable him, since he sees things with such detail.

Description:
Using his significantly intense Byakugan, Katsu developed an equally intense style of gentle fist that is unique to himself. When aiming for a more crippling attack, Katsu uses his gentle fist style, however there is a hidden effect once it makes contact. Using his control over his chakra, before the hit makes contact, Katsu increases the amount of Chakra greatly to get a forceful blow through the body. Using this typically towards where ligaments are, the aim is to send a forceful blow in which it would vibrate the ligament so hard, that it dislocates the ligament and in doing so the area Katsu aimed for. The ability works much like an "explosion", in the sense as the hit impacts, it sends a wave through the persons body, the area hit taking the hardest blow while the rest of the blow resonates through the rest of the body, and the victim of the take will feel a huge echo like pain radiating from the impact point, having their whole body feel the blow.

Description:
Using his intense control over his Chakra, he sends chakra to his core, and in turn his abdomen becomes extremely "tough". What this means for example, you were to send a powerful punch to someone that could send them meters away, this technique instead, would absorb the impact and only send him back a couple meters. This technique does not however nullify the damage of the impact, it simply allows him to with stand the punch. He must have both feet planted tot he ground in order for this technique to be used and this tech is more of a defense like jutsu.

Description:
Using his intense control over his Chakra, he must sit still and stay quiet for thirty seconds. Once focused, he can send out a harmless, but invisible wave of chakra in a circle that ranges to 30 meters, once passing that mark it drops off and no longer is of use. This technique works as a sensory type jutsu, essentially, it works like sonar or echo location. If the chakra wave hits something full of chakra or something that radiates chakra, it bounces back and allows Katsu to find things normally either hidden, or hard to see and helps him track and find things. This is to help with things that could be missed with his eyes.
