I brought it up mainly because most of the myths and legends that are most frightening/fascinating/etc from many Native American cultures are partially based in reality already, wherein stories about skinwalkers and wendigo are cautionary tales about what happens when you break any number of taboos, such as cannibalism, murder, theft, etc. It makes for easy 'big bad evil guy' tropes for sure. Regardless, I'm pretty positive that I'd want to play a very human, yet somewhat immoral (ala selling elf blood to vampires for side-cash immoral) frontier doctor.

Definitely like the take on magic.
