Hmm... Being a commercial airliner buff... An A300 fully loaded is about 180 short tons. Since I'm from NY, I remember a particularly horrible incident when American Airlines Flight 587 went down at speed. It's really not comparable to tactical nukes, just my two cents since we're talking about planes~
