A few problems/issues I see in your application.

1) Quicksilver (and Wanda) are from Slovakia, the real-life central European country, or from Sokovia (from Age of Ultron)?  Just asking because the spelling is quite similar.  If you intended on having them from modern-day Slovakia, note that during the period that Pietro and Wanda were growing up there, it probably would have been Czechoslovakia (the dissolution of Czechoslovakia happened around 1989, so that is about around when the Brotherhood ended).  Technically there was a Slovakia (or rather a Slovak Socialist Republic), but it was still part of Czechoslovakia.  And I assume Magneto was fighting against the Communist Regime, correct?

2)  I don't know about anyone else, but I kind of envisioned the 80's Brotherhood similar to [url=http://heroeswiki.com/The_Company]The Company[/url] in Heroes.  Of course there would not be the "one of us, one of them" rule, but they would have worked more in the shadows.  I am fine with mutants being around for quite some time and everyone else (non-mutants) just did not have a proper name for them yet (and the X-gene has not been discovered until relatively recently in the IC.  Maybe I should write up an NPC applications for Professor X, Magneto, and Nick Fury so that everyone is on the same page.

3)  The application does not make it really apparent whether or not Pietro is currently part of the X-Men at the moment.  That would be important due to the X-Men related story-arcs happening at the moment.  The sample post makes it seem like he is, but he isn't.

4)  After trying to look up Eastern European, I finally concluded that no one can really agree upon the boundaries between Central, Eastern, and Southern Europe.  I give up!  Wikipedia says that Slovakia is Central Europe, but the Eastern Europe page is a total mess.

5)  I see you name dropping Dazzler, although apparently she has the mouth of a sailor now...
