Aye, an autocracy is a single all-powerful leader. An oligarchy is just where all the people with power- doesn't really matter how much- are in charge. If you have power, you have leadership, you just have to earn your way in and confer with all the other people. Meanwhile, in this autocracy of sorts, instead of one all-powerful man, it's five that speak as one. Similar, but it's an alien autocracy.
