[@Archmage MC] There will be exceptions. Armies might be one of them, but for individual criminals that is in affect.

Regeneration can work if it's a slightly slower one. Portals can still work. Then again just average powers, but also make some of then unique, especially towards the monsters. Zombies for example can be good bullet catchers. But don't make them too OP.
