Update: So my mom survived which we are all [i]very [/i]pleased about in my family! I've had some time in between taking care of her and working to write on my post, which means that the other set of good news is that I am pretty much done with it! I will have a final rewrite tomorrow as I wrote some parts a bit separate from others that definitely needs some realigning in order to 'flow', but it shouldn't take long.
