I was gonna have him gaining his powers after a Skrull device blows up irradiating him with ionic/cosmic radiation. Reaper was gonna be his arch enemy but not his brother, and he was gonna stay the head of Williams Innovations but take a backseat similar to Bruce Wayne and everything that goes on with Wayne Enterprises. At some point though I would like to have a skirmish with he and either the Hulk or Thor to establish his strength class. 

He still doesn't HAVE to be my next guy, if you wanted to make him a villain or something in the broader scheme of things. I was also thinking about Jack of Hearts or maybe Nova as well...
