Kurano Tanaka Kurano was about to start on another target before hearing that scientist's annoying voice again. Chastising the weapons that he and Minami had didn't change that train of thought for him either. Sirens blared and lights went off, Kurano could see Minami dropping the weapon she was just given and covering her ears for a bit. Kurano simply stood, slightly annoyed at the noise, yet somehow finding it more tolerable than the scientist. Kurano listened for the explanation of why the sirens had went off before hearing two words that pierced his ears. Waseda University? His mind instantly turned to his three friends, who were likely all having class now. Kurano put away the gun in his hand, and looked to Garsin, who had given orders to follow him into a 'short range deployment center.' Kurano nodded, and was ready to follow, before hearing Garsin speak to Minami. Minami Shiroka "Stay?" Minami responded with her head cocked to the side. "Then why'd you give me this? I thought I was fighting too, Mr. Garsin! Let me whack at some big ugly monster guys!" She said futilely before giving in. "Fine. I'll stay here then." She crossed her arms and pouted again, picking up her weapon from the floor. "But, um, make sure you don't get hurt, okay? Pinky promise?" She said, holding her pinky out innocently towards the man that to her looked like a giant. "Hmm?" Kurano said. "Yet before you were so adamant on fighting with us. What's changed your mind?" He asked her. "Umm, I know you're just going to be mad at me if I go, and I don't want you to be mad and ruin your fighting. So I'll just stay here instead. But, I'm going to train so that I'll be big and strong like Mr. Garsin when you get back," she smiled. Kurano chuckled a bit and ruffled her hair. "You've got the heart of an angel Minami. Too bad it's being wasted here," Kurano said, looking ready to go.
