That sounds like an interesting idea Raijin! 

However, after reading the conversation about this idea, I have to say that overloading the senses is not the same as inducing hyperactivity. When the senses are overloaded, the perception is affected negatively, and thus affects behavior. People can not only miss incoming information from the overload, but they can also have difficulty concentrating, focusing on a task, and socializing. The symptoms also include irritability, sleepiness/fatigue, and oversensitivity (that's just to name a few).

Even with the sensory overload, a person still wouldn't exactly feel everything. The sensory organs can take in the information, but the brain wouldn't be able to register everything, and in some cases, the brain would give you nothing out of all of that information.
