Hayashi walked with Rin and, Izu, it seemed he finally had a name now, until, all of a sudden, Rin disappeared. That body flicker again, what are you up to? thought Hayashi while he looked at Izu, wanting to ask what his purpose of being here was. Before he could speak up, though, Rin reappeared with something on her mind, maybe she was planning something, but Hayashi didn't really care too much. They were arriving at the training field, when Seth arrived with them, making something similar to a grand entrance. Hayashi was rather unimpressed and just wanted to get on with training as soon as possible. Suddenly, though, Rin gave a small pep-talk to Izu about Seth being a showoff or something, Hayashi couldn't care less but was amused by it. So that's what you were planning, huh? thought Hayashi before Seth spoke out himself about Rin's "sloppy" strategizing and some other stuff. It seemed that Seth wanted to challenge Izu but Rin changed that and made herself the one that Seth would fight. Hayashi was now simply an observer, wishing he could get in there and fight himself to better his own skill. The fight was interesting, Seth went all out and ended up going unconscious from the chakra expenditure and Rin began an Eight Triagrams technique on Seth before realizing that he was down. Throughout the whole time, Hayashi kept looking at Izu, wanting to see if he'd fight him since he was getting so bored from simply watching. Once the fight was over, Hayashi stood and was about to ask Izu for a fight, when Rin gave the opening herself. She "suggested" (she had to know Hayashi would jump at the opportunity to train instantly) that Hayashi and Izu fight now that Rin and Seth were done with their own fight. "Finally, I really need to get in there and train, what do you say Izu, wanna fight?" said Hayashi in a slightly cocky and obnoxious tone. Before any response his Sharingan came to life, he was simply filled with anticipation.
