[@Traitor]Just to clarify the only thing we do on Skype is chat xD Just bicker with eachother and on the odd occasion talk about a situation or something but that's fine, it isn't for everyone which is understandable. I find it beneficial to just chat there rather than in the OOC as things could quickly get lost if done in the OOC. The collabs will likely be done here in PM's or something, they will likely end up being brought up in the Skype chat then mentioned in here to see if anyone who isn't on Skype is interested in order to be fair to everyone. 

As for the time thing I'ma just wait till a few people give their opinions before deciding on anything
