[indent]Claychester is a varied metropolis, outsizing both Grimmarch and New Skywell, but the place still remains down to earth. The city started out as a place of fishing and clay gathering, soon growing to be a crossroad of trade and travel. Today, Claychester is an international center for trade and business, and surrounded by factories and large industries in the periphery. Some may see it as a place with no personality, much less exciting than the two neighboring cities, but the inhabitants would argue that rather than no personality, Claychester harbors a multitude of cultures and impressions.

To the north lies the district of [i]Manrock[/i], the old part of Claychester. Still filled with refineries and storage buildings to this day after centuries worth of raw materials have passed through, a man earns his living here through hard, old-fashioned labor. The more central part of Manrock is the residential part, where the more hard-working and worse off population resides.

To the east, you find the district of [i]Spicetown[/i], the most multicultural part of Claychester where most of the foreigners try their luck at building a new life. Major cultural influences here are from South America, Russia and Thailand, although countless more are well represented. The city airport, [i]the Claychester International[/i], is also situated in a central part of this district.

To the south, you find the luxurious district of [i]Tilapine[/i]. The largest shopping street of the city, [i]Troutwood Lane[/i], is here aside all the high-class hotels. The farther you go from the city center into this district, the higher the class, until you get to the southern coast of Claychester, with private beaches in front of fabulous mansions.

To the west there is the district of [i]Goldenport[/i], the business centre as well as the large city port. This district contains an interesting mix of old, brick buildings and new, tall skyscrapers, all filled with offices and meeting halls. The port consists of countless harbors with international ships, transporting both goods and people to and from the city. The city train station is also located here. 

Finally, right in the center of the city, bordering to all the districts, is the bustling city center, simply called “[i]The Knot[/i]” by most. This is where people go for entertainment and to meet each other, as well as the location of all the media centres and many malls. Although many call the nightlife in Claychester modest, it is still meets the needs of the inhabitants and can be found here.
