The Fairbanks 01 model NC is a standard, mass-produced unit. While it's their most successful product, it still isn't enough to make them 'big'. Thus, it isn't that advanced in any particular way. However, it's a decent machine that can do what is asked of it.

Your NC sheet would look something like that. Of course, please use the NC sheet in the actual original post as a base. As I said, the things that are already 'filled out' aren't modifiable, except for equipment, where you can add/change one item.
