[@The Fated Fallen], when referring to "The Red", it is an informal title - it is the only "name" he truly knows as a person outside of his birth name, of which was personal to him and his mother. Given he is known by that and he has no real authority in the name, I stay with quotation marks when it's used. It also leads to the circumstance where someone with a bit of local expertise and lore in the region might make the association between the myth of "The Red" and the actual person.
