Once Negi was in the clear of anything else he looked up to see a small pink ball with a green cloth hat and wooden sword come flying towards him, Right away Hayate's memories clicked in Negi's mind making Negi realize it was Kirby who was flying towards him. Immediately he opened up his arms and caught her, luckily she had also moved the sword out of the way, ensuring that neither of them would end up getting hurt. Once Kirby was safely within Negi's arms, he did a quick dust off before setting Kirby down onto the floor.[color=9e0b0f]「Phew safe」[/color]He gave a small smile as he knelt down next to her. 

At the same time Negi heard a small ping kind of noise, something unfamiliar but familiar at the same time. Looking up he noticed a wizard in red robes standing before Kirby and himself. Next to the wizard's head there was a speech bubble translating what the wizard was trying to say. Negi read it in a rather quick manner and nodded to the first part of it. As for the second part, the wizard's inquiry, Negi closed his eyes to go into a brief moment of thought. He opened his eyes and nodded his head with assurance. Since it was a basic beginner spell he did not require any activation words for it, instead it just took a few seconds to cast onto the mage in red. Negi first put his hood down and then pointed the staff in his right hand at the wizard. Within a few seconds the end of the staff lit up with a small orb of light and the mage in front of him was enclosed in a magic circle. The outer ring of the circle began to fill with various magical symbols. Then after a bright flash, Negi gave a smile to the mage.[color=9e0b0f]「All done, you should be able to speak the language everyone else is using.」[/color]
