Gideon, Andrej "Oh. Um, hi?" offered Gideon. What else could you say to a large-ish water Dragon who had bumped into you twice in two days? "Not to worry anyhow." he replied politely. "My name is Gideon, and I am a naiad." Glancing away from the older student for a moment, he took in more of their surroundings, marvelling at its natural beauty. Tall trees stood proud and tall, their interlocked leaves bathing everything in a faint green light. Clumps of lush reeds and flowers bordered the stream, serving as a home for countless damselflies and dragonflies. Hmm, dragonflies. Hard to believe they were named after the mighty race of the student in front of him. "Forgive me for asking, but it seems to me that you are a water-dragon?" Gideon's companion nodded affirmatively. "My people have only dwelt in fresh water, far inland. We have only heard rumours of your species' kingdom from our see-going cousins, the Oceanids and Nereids. Could you tell me more of your kind? They have always been of interest to my family."
