"Hands off my man, go get your own! You'll have to try pretty hard to see his handsome face, I'm watchin' you blondie!" Sakura gives Ino a look and then creates a massive water dragon to push Ino out the door. 

Sakura will protect her man but when drunk she'll drag Kakashi over and show Ino and then laugh, then deny it when sober or something. 

"You're too attractive, I can't handle it!" Pushes him away and blushes the deepest shade of red and then gets [i]urges[/i].
