Ignoring her in favor of munching on someone. I don't know if I stressed this enough in the CS but Etori'Ka [i]REALLY[/i] like eating. They have a whole religion based off of it, so when one has been deprived a meal for a couple days while other things eat in front of one...shits going to go down. Its one thing to not find food due to bad hunting, its a completely different beast to tease.
