It's better to place him into the character area of this thread, or create your own character deposit and leave them there. From a cursory glance it seems you have most of the physicals stats in, though I don't know exactly when the distinction of his realistic and unrealistic stats are made, is it the choice of what tier to fight him at?

Also, you'll need to give a summary of his full list of elemental powers as well as include what weapons he utilizes, not forgetting to include lengths and weights where applicable.
