I feel like this is very much a common sense things, most of the time. It can get tricky when dealing with weirder Noble Phantasms, but for the most part, this should be something that players are able to work out for themselves. 

In the event of a complication, or if somebody's simply unsure, I am completely willing to go over their prana usage more in-depth, but I don't think this is something I'll be detailing most of the time.
