I'd be tempted to join this depending on how much time I have, though I do have a few suggestions to make people start on even ground if it's to your liking. The basic idea is that everyone has a low-powered "Starter" deck of sorts, though it can be geared towards one archtype or another if preferred. Say, for example, you had a warrior themed deck which about a third of the cards are X-Sabers. Throughout the RP you'd obtain more and more X-sabers until you got a full-fledged decks, though you start out with a few useless or just not as good as they could be cards like... I dunno, Gravity Axe - Grarl.

Also to prevent god-hand draws you could always make a spreadsheet off all the decks and number each card, then for draws and opening hand roll a dice and PM those who are dueling the cards they drew as determined by the dice. Both of these are just suggestions, though I think they could be fun. I'm down for this thing either way.

EDIT: Also, if you could squeeze in Turbo Duels in one form or another that'd be sweet. I love those.
