[b]Cecil/Floppy Fists[/b]

Cecil, better known as Floppy Fists, is a disgrace of a superhero. In his mid-twenties, flipping burgers, and not even considering college, Cecil isn't that adventurous of a person. The reason why he has donned the super-identity of Floppy Fists is his fingers which, after a strange university experiment, he can make ten feet longer after five minutes. Now this man, dons an outfit of all black and uses his fingers, meager wits, and his sneakiness to fight crime as a spy, for a small fee. Cecil currently resides in the city and lives alone, though he does spend considerable time with his buddies.

Note: Cecil has a rather ambiguous Mediterranean European face, and is a slick liar. His fingers have a sticky texture and can bend in all sorts of ways, when long.
