So, I wanna make a Wind-Up deck, but I'm not too sure which cards I'd have to wait to get.
Definitely Wind-Up magician and Shark, as well as Juggler, as well as probably half the Wind-Up Xyz (Arsenal, someday you will be mine). Also, are we using the most recent banlist for this?
