CS Skeleton. This is going to be what most people must use to make their character sheets. some pointers.
	If your character has a hidden power, or ability, that can be unlocked via extreme anger/stress, send me a private message, and I'll look and see to ok it.
	If your character gains a power during natural rping, that is ok. Just add it to the list. This is to be partially expected, as characters will grow stronger if they fight, train, all that stuff.
	Other than this, have fun! Also, the point of hcl isn't to win, it's to make a cool story.
