Well I think Steve and Natasha would both have a hand in teaching her how to handle herself, but they'd never put her into Shield, much less make her an Avenger xD if she kept the freaky powers she had in Iron Man 3, then they could talk, but Pepper must stay safe for the sake of the Avengers' two key players. I saw some clips of Armored Adventures but I hated the look, absolutely despised it. I'm glad Rhodey is going to become an Avenger, it's about fucking time. Surprised he wasn't pissed he didn't make it to New York in Avengers 1 but I'm guessing they had him guard the president or something.
