I've read some writer quotes that suggested it. Not every day is going to be inspiring and a sudden burst of genius won't always strike you, you just need to sit down and do what you can. It's okay to have a bad first draft and it's okay to fail - unfortunately I hate having both. I'll tell you what though, that fanfic I linked you? Never revised. I revised that LoK post like mad and you love it a lot more than most posts. I think that goes to show that I need to take more time correcting these things before I ship 'em out, as well as put a lot more care into them. It made sense, don't worry :3
