Another weakness could be standard human weaknesses since Cap isn't at all bulletproof. I also think at some point if something happens to the villain Cap. America your Bucky should get the shield. For an alias, for a time Cap and Rick Jones both as well as a female Bucky later on... assumed the identity of Nomad. Then again that could all be in the character's evolution over time.
