So...I'm intrigued by this. :3 I have a couple questions, though. - Are you expecting every character to be some kind of (nearly?)-nonfunctional psychotic? I understand that every character has to fit the "supervillain" mould, which I'm entirely okay with. Still, a character I write would very likely not be the sort of barely-controllable, rubber-room, frothing-at-the-mouth lunatic you seem to have written a lot of this OOC around, and I'm wondering if that's going to be all right with you as a GM. - I suppose you'll be quite upset with me if I write a character with powers even sort of like Hank Henshaw, who might have other uses for a bunch of remote-controlled nanoscale bombs not only within easy reach, but within immediate access. Still, given that..mmm..."machine affinity" isn't even sort of unusual for supervillains, how do you plan on dealing with that? I'm entirely sanguine with the answer of "we just aren't, okay, jeez, go write something else," as this is your setting. :3 - Who does the "Supervising Agent" work for? I presume one of the Three-Letter Agencies, but I thought I'd ask anyway. :3 Does that agent themselves have final authority over exploding the nanomachines? Do they have to report to someone or obtain permission before blowing one of us up? What consequences fall upon that person if they do decide to "terminate an asset?" I may have others. :3 But these will do for now!
